RECRUIT FIREFIGHTER APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in joining the Tonga Fire and Emergency Services as a recruit firefighter.

The application form is designed to collect important information about personal details, educational background, employment history, medical fitness, and character references. Please ensure that all sections of the form are completed accurately and honestly.

How to Complete the Application Form.

  1. Read all instructions carefully before filling out the form.
  2. Complete every section clearly and neatly. If a section does not apply to you, write “N/A ”.
  3. Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you if required.
  4. Attach all required supporting documents (e.g., copies of identification, certificates, and other relevant documents).
  5. Ensure the form is signed and dated before submission.

**Please note that incomplete or incorrect applications may not be considered.

             Submission of Application

  • Submit your completed application form together with all required documents to your nearest fire station before the closing date.

             Selection Process

  • All applicants will be reviewed after the closing date. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted and invited to attend an interview and any required assessments.
  • Only successful applicants will be officially contacted following the interview process.
